Day 20: Setting With the Sun-day

I have decided that, in order to get my weeks started off on the right foot, I should set some goals and sort of map out my week on Sundays. I figured there was no better place to jot down my weekly plan than right here on the blog! So, on Sundays, I will take some time to evaluate the week before, and then I will set some goals for the following week.

This week:

1. I will prepare my breakfast and lunch for the following day each night before going to bed.

2. I will lay out both the kids’ clothes and my clothes the night before, and I will make sure all bags are packed and ready to go by the front door.

3. I will exercise at least 3 times.

4. I will drink more water!

5. I will wash, dry, and put away one load of laundry per night.

Phew! I’m exhausted just thinking about all that I need to do this week! Haha! I know, though, that if I keep up with the goals I have set for myself, I will feel much better, and my week will go much more smoothly!

Here’s to a super fabulous week!
